Candidate Form

Application for first TEC weekend.

Sponsor Form

Part 2 of the Candidate form. This form is to be given
to an adult that knows the candidate well.

Team Application

This form is for those wishing to make another
weekend as a team member.

Mini-TEC Application

This form is for those who have already made a TEC and wish to attend the next Mini-TEC weekend.

QUEST Application

This application is for Freshmen/Sophomores in High School who are wanting to make their first QUEST weekend.

QUEST Team Application

This application is for those wanting to be on a QUEST team.
